So this happened …
I got invited by my Alma Mater, Ateneo de Naga University, to give a talk about blogging on this semester’s Alternative Class Program (ACP)!!! Who would’ve thought? (C_C) I can still remember when I was still in college, I told myself that I want to be an ACP speaker on my alma mater too, and I’ll sure make that happen someday! I just never thought it would be this soon! *i cri~ tears of joy*
The theme of this semester’s ACP is "The Quest for Magis." Ergo, the title of my topic is "The Quest for Magis in the World of Blogging." As an Atenean, the word MAGIS should always and forever be in your vocabulary. It’s a Latin word that means "more." It’s the desire to grow, to do more or to do better. With this, I focused my talk into making my participants realize that blogging is something that they can do to actualize magis in their lives as a student. Because that’s what I did too! :)
I started blogging four years ago, when I was in my first year in college. Basically, I started and grew as a fashion blogger while I’m in college. It has been a big part of my college life, but never have been a hindrance in my studies. I was able to do blogging while doing a lot of things, and still excelling in my studies! Besides, it even made my college life more productive. And honestly, I’ve really improved my writing and communication skills through this little space here. ^_^
I knew that most of my participants will be newbie or still aspiring bloggers so I started my talk with discussing how to start a blog. Choosing a blogging platform, choosing a blog name, making a blog layout, creating your content and photos and more branding stuff. For the fun part, I taught my attendees some blogger poses! Thanks to these lovely and awesome attendees for actively participating! HUHU~
I gave a title to each blogger poses. Some are The Itchy Head, The ‘There’s Something on The Floor’ pose, The Fixer, The Twirl, The ‘I Stepped on Something’ pose, The Straight and Tilt, The Walk, and The Look Away.
Can you guess which pose they are doing?
Hi, hello! I know I have some readers who are majoring in Marketing Management, too, in Ateneo de Naga University. Our org, the Ateneo Junior Marketing Association (AJMA), will be having its General Assembly today! June 11, 2013, 4:30PM @ Richie Fernando Hall.
AJMA will present its new officers with the photos that I proudly took last Sunday! ;) I really hope to see you there, guys! *u*
Last February 27, Ateneo de Naga conducted one of my favorite events in the university, the ACP! or also known as Alternative Class Program where every Atenean are able to have a break in their regular classes and attend a their chosen topic instead. Sports, literature, film, photography, blogging, music, fashion, etc. Every student shall only attend one topic for the day, but as an always=a-rule-breaker-during-ACP I am, I attended two topics! (like I always do every sem! hihihi) *u*
The first topic that I attended was I DREAM to set up a vogue of clothing style with Mr. Randz Manucom, and the second talk was all about blogging (which I always do attend! hihi) with Ms. Daphne Benosa!

I’m back in Ateneo! It was our first day of school yesterday, and this is something that I wore for school. Ateneo colors! I didn’t notice it at first okayy lol.
Blue and yellow! So Atenean of me. Haha. Tried a print on print on this look. Do you think it worked well? Comments are very much appreciated! Post on disqus now! ;)
Dress used as top - gift | Thrifted polka dot skirt | Melissa wedges | Oasap bag
Soooo. My 2nd parcel from Oasap arrived! I got this last Monday, and I was really excited to use it, so I already use this Oasap mustard sheepskin bag for our first day in school! Perfect for my first day because I only bring few things on our first meetings, like a notebook, ballpen, wallet, two phones, and even my umbrella fit in my bag! Just perfect! ;) Thank you so much Oasap for this!! *u*
A closer look to my outfit. Thanks Ate Ge for this striped/laced dress! I finally used it in my outfit posts! Hihi. :>

I’m back to using my point-and-shoot digicam! because I’m having trouble with my Canon Kiss x2 DSLR! :( It doesn’t take good quality photos anymore and it’s so hard to use na.. :’< So I’m planning to buy a new DSLR this summer! This time, using my own money! Ansavehh!! ;p
So meanwhile, I’m back to my Samsung i8 point-and-shoot digicam! I missed using it! So handy and take really great photos using natural daylight! ;) Here are some photos I took while chillin’ out in Ateneo using my Samsung i8 camera:
I really missed taking photos!! More to come this summer! *u*

I really enjoyed this photo shoot! My first photo shoot ever!! *u*
Though it is really tiring… I’ve got to stand up for 1 and a half hour, and it’s so mainit pa. Whew! and I don’t get paid. Hihihi. Rush pa ang pag-edit kasi kailangan na ding ipasa the day after. :p
Well, this is a good start for my photography career! I really had an awesome experience in this photo shoot. ;)
